Adidas House of Strength — Media Retreat 2025

A six-day performance retreat for 30 international influencers plus three training environments integrated into a five-star hotel without disrupting the hospitality experience. Designed the spatial and visual identity framework for Adidas' media retreat in Montemor-o-Novo. Balanced high-performance training infrastructure with luxury hospitality standards, reorganizing the venue to host three fully equipped training zones while maintaining the existing spatial character. Delivered the visual identity system for future editions of the retreat.
